COACHES DESKTOP APPLICATION

  • To access the coaches dashboard, simply follow the free 14-day trial link on our website's home page. Fill out the form with your name and email address, and you'll gain access. From there, you can assign athletes and create your programs with ease.

  • Absolutely! Every page of the coaches dashboard features helpful tutorials that guide you through the platform’s functionality. Additionally, we’ll be regularly updating our YouTube channel with tutorials and guides to assist you further. Check it out here: TheMageApp Youtube Channel.

  • Not currently, but it's always free to access and view your athletes' progress reports and data. We are also working on expanding our reporting tools for future updates.

  • You can use a single account for multiple coaches. However, there is currently no way to separate the athletes among different coaches within that account. This means that all athletes will be visible to all coaches using the account.

  • You can change your subscription plan directly from your coaches dashboard. To do this, simply click on the Mage icon located at the top right corner of your screen. From there, you’ll have the option to select and adjust your plan as needed.

  • To update your payment information, navigate to the accounts section on your coaches dashboard. There, you’ll find an option to manage your payment details. Simply enter your new information and save the changes.

  • To reset your password, first navigate to the accounts section on your coaches dashboard by clicking the Mage icon in the top right corner. From there, select the password subheading.

  • If you’d like to delete your account, we recommend you first reconsider your decision.

    If you still wish to proceed, go to the accounts section and select your plan. From there, you’ll have the option to cancel your account.

ATHLETE MOBILE APP

  • The Mage App is compatible with both Android and iPhone devices. Download it now from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to get started!

  • The app is free to use for athletes who are current clients of coaches registered with Mage.

  • Unfortunately, the Mage App is currently geared towards coaches only. We are working extremely hard in the background to make self-coaching a possibility in the near future. If your coach doesn't use the Mage App, time for them to level up their coaching. Get them on it today!

  • To create an account as an athlete, simply download the app from your App Store and click create account. Follow the prompts to complete your registration!

  • When you first create an account, you'll receive a guided tutorial on how to make the most of the app. Additionally, we'll be releasing videos on our YouTube channel to provide further guidance. Check them out here: TheMageApp YouTube Channel.

  • Yes, the program saves locally on your phone, allowing you to access it anytime. However, you won't receive updates to your cycles until you reconnect to the internet.

  • This depends on your phone settings. The app will update automatically through the App Store if you have that option enabled. If not, you will need to manually update the app when new versions become available.

  • If you’re logged into the app, go to Settings, then select Actions and choose Report a Problem

    If you can't log into the app, please e-mail us at themageapp@gmail.com.

  • You are able to rest your password by going to settings then general information. On this screen you will see the option change password which will allow you to change it in app.

    If you need to change your password without logging into the app, simply click forgot password on the login page.

  • To delete your account you will need to go to settings then select the option that says delete account. This will begin the process of deleting your data from our system.
